Terms and Conditions for Experience Guatapé Retreat

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a retreat with Experience Guatapé, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is the participant’s responsibility to read and understand these terms before booking.

2. Health and Safety
Participants must inform Experience Guatapé of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns prior to departure. While we prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, Experience Guatapé is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur during the retreat. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health and physical condition to determine if they can safely partake in retreat activities.

3. Medical Information Sharing
By agreeing to these terms, participants consent to share relevant health information with Experience Guatapé for the purpose of ensuring their safety and well-being during the retreat. All personal health information will be treated with confidentiality.

4. Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that attending the Experience Guatapé retreat involves potential risks. By agreeing to these terms, participants release Experience Guatapé, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat.

5. Insurance
Participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering all aspects of their trip, including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, loss of luggage, and trip cancellation. We will provide you a list of recommended travel insurance companies.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies, including deadlines, refunds, and penalties, will be communicated at the time of booking. It is the participant’s responsibility to be aware of and understand the cancellation policy.

7. Changes to Itinerary
Experience Guatapé reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or opportunities to enhance the participant’s experience. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance whenever possible.

8. Conduct and Behavior
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects fellow participants, staff, and the local community. Experience Guatapé reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

9. Agreement to Terms
By booking a retreat with Experience Guatapé, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the participant being unable to partake in the retreat without a refund.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the retreat takes place.
